    Description

    These spectacular examples of French design and craftsmanship were made as furniture hardware cast in bronze and gilded; perhaps for use on a table or desk  Each measures 4.5” long and 2” wide at the base. They were purchased in Paris some years ago. Condition is very good. There is some scuffing and loss of gilt to the patina which in my opinion adds to the overall appeal.
