One touch on the touch-sensitive color display and one of 15 different specialty coffee drinks is prepared. This is possible thanks to a number of outstanding innovations. Now the AromaG3 grinder grinds even more precisely and twice as fast, while fully preserving the charming aroma of coffee beans. The pulse extraction process (P.E.P.®) guarantees optimal extraction time for concentrated coffee drinks and creates an explosion of espresso and ristretto flavors. Thanks to the fine foam technology, trendy specialty coffee drinks, to which milk or milk foam is added, reach their own perfection.

The integrated 4.3-inch high-resolution color touch screen makes the device incredibly easy to use. One light touch of the finger on the screen - and your favorite coffee drink flows into the cup. The innovative concept of use with a visually appealing screen is so successful because it is so understandable, simple and modern. Graphics and animations reflect all stages of preparation, informing the user about the process. The concept is designed to allow you to easily find what you want. With a few simple steps, you can program individual choices, allowing you to quickly rename, move, copy, or back up products. Optionally, the coffee machine can be operated with the free JURA Coffee app, which is constantly being improved.

The new, professional fine-textured foam maker in the S8 is made of the highest quality materials, has a stunning look and is pleasant to use. The frother is specially designed for making such milk and milk froth specialty coffee drinks as latte macchiato and other beverages, flawlessly creating the finest textured foam. Graphics and modern animations on the display make it easier to use than ever before.
