Description

Enjoy optimized 5.1-channel surround sound with the Bose CineMate 520 Home Theater System. This system employs Bose ADAPTiQ audio calibration technology and includes a main Console unit, five speakers, and a hideaway Acoustimass module. The Acoustimass module is designed to add low bass impact to music and movies. The CineMate 520 is also compatible with the optional SoundTouch wireless adapter. (Not included)
With four HDMI inputs, this system is well equipped for high-resolution component connections. There is also an HDMI output for connecting the CineMate 520 to an external display. As an added convenience, this system supports HDMI CEC and Audio Return Channel (ARC) connections. ARC allows you to connect one HDMI cable between your compatible TV and the system for audio transmission without the need for separate audio cables. For simple connectivity, an HDMI cable is included with the system. Stereo RCA, digital optical, and digital coaxial inputs are also available for interfacing audio sources such as MP3 players.
ADAPTiQ Audio Calibration
Using the included headset, ADAPTiQ audio calibration customizes the sound of the system to the acoustics of your listening area by taking five audio measurements
Consumer Electronics Control (CEC)
CEC allows you to control multiple HDMI-connected sources without programming the remote.
